It’s hard to believe that summer is coming close to an end and soon school will be starting. We’ve had so much fun learning and growing during Rise & Shine camps, VBS, mini-M.A.P, and Sunday morning ImpactZones!! We look forward an incredible August and hope you will join us!

On Sunday mornings during August

Preschoolers will learn “God is always with me” based on Joshua 1:9 which says, ““God is with you wherever you go.” (discoveryZone3.4 at 8:30 am & 11am)

Elementary students will learn about “Peace—proving that you care more about others than winning an argument” based on Romans 14:19 which says, “So let us do all we can to live in peace. And let us work hard to build each other up.” (ImpactZones 9:45)

Summer Sundays in August

8:30am-

Infants and Toddlers: Loving child care in our nurseries
Preschool (3 years old by September 1, 2009 to Rising Kindergarten): Discover and explore God’s Word through small group centers and large group worship during discoveryZone3.4 in room 49.
Elementary (Rising 1st to Rising 6th grade): Children learn by example and look to their parents as role models. We encourage elementary aged children to worship with their families in the Sanctuary. Worship packets are provided in the Narthex for elementary families throughout the summer.

Families worship together during 11:00am service in August. Worship packets are available in the Narthex. PowerZone will return on Sunday, September 12th.

Will you be THREE years old by September 1st?

If so, it is almost time to say goodbye to the nursery (on September 5th) and welcome to discoveryZone3.4 (8:30am & 11:00am) and your own 3 year old ImpactZones (9:45am) on September 12th. Our Preschool Ministries is ready to help you explore God’s Word and love for you as a preschooler. A special letter will arrive for all new 3 year olds in the upcoming weeks to explain more.

Get Ready 4th and 5th graders for HIGH Impact!

Do you like to have fun? Do you like to make a difference for Jesus? Are you ready for some time to hang out with JUST other kids YOUR age?? Then HIGH Impact is just for you-our 4th and 5th graders. Beginning in September, we will meet once a month for missions, fellowship, fun, and some incredible worship! Mrs. Carolyn will be emailing your parents with more information. VBS Thanks You!
Ships Ahoy! We had an amazing High Seas Expedition during VBS. Thanks to all the parent and youth volunteers who led our sailors on a safe and fun voyage learning about God’s Word.
